FOUNDER

PAULINA
For the longest time, I didn’t know where I fit. I was too clinical for the spiritual world, and too “woowoo” for the mainstream. But over time, I stopped trying to fit—and started honoring the space I naturally occupy: the space in-between.

I’ve walked the wild edge of sorrow— as Francis Weller calls the liminal terrain where loss, longing, and love coexist. My journey has included multiple pregnancy losses, the slow shedding of perfectionism and people-pleasing, the deep burnout that comes from holding everyone else while ignoring your own body’s whispers, and the quiet unraveling that came with losing myself in motherhood.
Grief, depletion, and disorientation became my teachers. They initiated me into a deeper way of living and holding space. They taught me how to sit in the discomfort, to trust the wisdom of slowing down, and to find my way back—not as I once was, but as someone more honest, embodied, and whole.
Professionally, I bring over 15 years of experience in social work, counselling and coaching, with the last 10 years dedicated to trauma-focused practice. I’m a Registered Social Worker, BodyTalk Practitioner, and Yoga Instructor, and I integrate these disciplines into a soul-centred, trauma-informed approach that honours the full spectrum of womanhood—contraction and expansion, endings and beginnings.
At the heart of what I do is a deep desire to help women live from a place of core desire, pleasure, and rest—rather than shame, guilt, hustle, or the haunting feeling of not being enough.
I believe our bodies carry deep wisdom. Our joy, our grief, and our rage each hold medicine. Healing doesn’t come through striving — it comes through being witnessed, honoured, and met with reverence.

This isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering.

I hold deep respect for the thresholds women move through, our organic cycles and the sacred weight they carry. In a world that urges us to “move on” before we’re ready, this work gently says:
You deserve to be witnessed and held as you move through, not move on.
If you’re navigating a life change and longing to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to walk beside you — with reverence, with slowness, and with steady support.
